- Our consultation sessions cost $100 BZD ($50 USD); are 45 minutes long and can take place in person (Mon, Tue, Thu) OR virtually (Wed, Fri).
- Fill out & send us the General Medical Questionnaire before your consultation session. DOWNLOAD HERE
- Send recent medical records/documents (IF YOU HAVE)
